However, if you want more Spider-Man action in the meantime, PlayStation is offering gamers the chance to experience one of the best superhero games of all time at no extra cost. <\/p>\n<p>Courtesy of <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/tag\/playstation-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\">PlayStation Plus<\/a>, members with the Extra subscription tier can now download and play <em><a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/tag\/spider-man-ps4\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>for free, saving themselves a whopping $49.99 in the process. First released back in 2018 by Insomniac Games, the story follows Peter&#8217;s origin story as he develops his spider-like abilities for the first time. After being met with both critical and commercial success, becoming the second most successful PlayStation 4 title of all time, it went on to welcome two sequels: <em>Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man: Miles Morales <\/em>and<em> Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man 2. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, back in 2020, <em>Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man Remastered <\/em>was released for the PlayStation 5, before heading to Steam and Epic Games in 2022. At the same time, he\u2019s struggling to balance his chaotic personal life and career while the fate of Marvel\u2019s New York rests upon his shoulders.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It was back in 2022 that our very own Rob Gordon reviewed <em>Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man Remastered <\/em>for PC, calling it &#8220;wonderful web-slinging action&#8221; in <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/marvels-spider-man-remastered-pc-review\/\" target=\"_blank\">his review<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Overall, <em>Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man Remastered<\/em> is absolutely delightful,&#8221; the review reads. &#8220;The game is still excellent four years down the line, and those who weren&#8217;t able to play the PS4 release (or the PS5 remaster) will find this a suitable fit to finally get to play the title. It&#8217;s a fantastic game &#8211; and PC player&#8217;s new to the title won&#8217;t have to get used to that <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/spider-man-remastered-peter-parker-actor-face-change-controversy-yuri-lowenthal\/\" target=\"_blank\">Peter Parker character model swap<\/a> either.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>So, if you are yet to experience <em><strong>Marvel&#8217;s Spider-Man<\/strong>, <\/em>or you want to return to it following its well-received remaster, then there has never
