Doocy asked Trump to pick between James and <strong>Michael Jordan<\/strong>, and Trump said the decision was a layup \u2014 and attacked the newest member of the Sixers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, Michael Jordan is a guy that\u2019s a friend of mine, played golf with him. He\u2019s a really good guy,\u201d Trump said. \u201cAnd I think LeBron is, may be he\u2019s a racist. But maybe he doesn\u2019t like Trump I don\u2019t know? But I only like people that like me. So I would say Michael Jordan, all the way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s pick comes after the \u201cAir Jordan\u201d v. \u201cKing James\u201d debate has been a hot topic among hoops heads for years.<\/p>\n<p>James has won four titles and four MVP awards during his 23-season-and-counting career, which has included two stops in Cleveland, along with stints in Miami, Los Angeles, and now Philly. Jordan won six titles and five MVP awards while leading the Chicago Bulls during 13 seasons between the \u201980s and \u201990s; he came out of retirement a second time and played for the Washington Wizards in the early \u201900s for two years \u2014 an era most fans tend to just ignore.<\/p>\n<p>Other basketball fans have floated the greatest of all time \u2014 or \u201cGOAT\u201d \u2014 title could go to <strong>Kareem Abdul-Jabbar<\/strong> or <strong>Magic Johnson,\u00a0<\/strong>among a handful of other legends.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s beef with James goes back years.
