News.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">After he was stopped by police around 6:18 p.m. local time, Romo \u201cperformed poorly\u201d on standard field sobriety tests, per the report. He was then taken into custody, booked and released.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">The records also indicate that Romo\u2019s OWI charge is his first offense, which Wisconsin law does not recognize as a criminal charge and typically carries a fine ranging from $150 to $300, according to local outlet <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisn.com\/article\/tony-romo-arrested-in-milwaukee-on-suspicion-of-dui\/73256530\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">WISN 12<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">He is scheduled to appear in court for the charge on Sept. 21.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">E!
