I\u2019m here and I\u2019m experiencing the biggest loss of my life and just because I\u2019m still behind here, with my silence and my grief on my own terms, doesn\u2019t mean I don\u2019t see you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warner also spoke of the toll the actor\u2019s untimely passing has had on everyone who loved him dearly. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRight now, everybody, like all of his family members and, who have lost him, they are grieving,\u201d she said. \u201cYou know, it\u2019s been the biggest loss for all of us. The emotional capacity that I have can be very limited sometimes, you know? And so, I have to, for myself, decide, what do I have to give right now in this moment? And whatever I have to give, the first person to get that is my daughter. And then the second is myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interview, which was filmed prior to Warner\u2019s lawsuit against her mother-in-law, Pamela, who managed all of Malcolm\u2019s business affairs throughout his storied career, shed light on what life is now like for Tenisha and the couple\u2019s 9-year-old daughter. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt hurts. I can\u2019t be in my own home without feeling the loss, but I can\u2019t walk away,\u201d she said. \u201cHe is here with me, always. But for us, we\u2019re his wife and child, there\u2019s no moving on. There\u2019s not a moment in my day that I\u2019m not affected.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As BOSSIP previously reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/bossip.com\/4605136\/malcolm-jamal-warner-widow-sues-mother\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"4605136\">Tenisha has filed a lawsuit for $1.2 million against Malcolm\u2019s mother<\/a>, who is the successor trustee of his estate, claiming the late actor failed to fulfill details set forth in their premarital agreement. The widow alleges that Malcolm intended to take a $1 million life insurance policy out on himself to help secure his daughter\u2019s future. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFor the last year, I have attempted to privately settle my beloved husband\u2019s complicated estate and honor his last wishes. Malcolm had every intention to provide for our 9-year-old daughter and me,\u201d she said in a statement via her spokesperson. \u201cHe was close to finalizing a new estate plan to replace the stale plan created in 1996 when he was 26 years old, 20 years before we met and well before we gave birth to our beautiful daughter.
