She claims Broner kept pushing to her to drink. When she became too drunk to drive home, he allegedly offered her to stay at his home, where the party was taking place. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She obliged and claims during her stay, Broner allegedly pressured her into performing sexual acts with him. She claims this included, \u201csexual intercourse, oral sex and a hand job.\u201d She also alleges he exposed his genitals to her and grabbed her hand, coercing her to engage. She alleges he got angry because she rejected his alleged advances the night before. Saint alleged Broner tried to drag her upstairs and she \u201cexpressly refused\u201d to go. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She again told him she wasn\u2019t interested in men. In her paperwork, Saint admitted to laughing during these incidents, but that it was out of fear and discomfort. She alleged he \u201cphysically pulled or dragged\u201d her from the house and pressured her to leave with him to his home in Encino, CA. She obliged and once there, Broner allegedly again pressured her to have sex. She again declined and again stayed overnight, with her friends. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the morning, she alleges Broner threw ice water on her during a livestream \u2014 resulting in the humiliation an emotional distress.
