You Decide\u2026<\/p>\n<div data-testid=\"segment-text-only\">\n<p><strong>Jen Affleck<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight:400\"> is detailing the current state of her mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1433159\/slomws-jen-affleck-is-pregnant-expecting-baby-no-4-with-husband-zac\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/span><\/em><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:400\"> star shared that she is struggling with prenatal depression in her <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1433159\/slomws-jen-affleck-is-pregnant-expecting-baby-no-4-with-husband-zac\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">fourth pregnancy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">\u201cPrenatal depression came back this pregnancy,\u201d she explained in a July 23 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DLjHKWbxf5f\/?img_index=1\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Instagram<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:400\"> post. \u201cOnly this time, it came back even heavier.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Noting her mind went to \u201csome really dark places\u201d during her first trimester, the 27-year-old opened up about how the experience has felt as she has progressed through her pregnancy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">\u201cIt scared me,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd if you\u2019ve ever experienced depression, you know how isolating it can feel. Add moving to a new state, being pregnant, and trying to show up for your kids, and some days felt impossible.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Fortunately, Affleck\u2019s loved ones came to support her, which was a \u201cbeautiful\u201d silver lining in the midst of such a difficult time.
