The moment was captured by a street security camera in the city of Jonesboro and shared on social media by local police, who thanked Hellenthal for helping the man reach safety across the crosswalk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">\u201cI had a bunch of adrenaline pumping through me\u201d Hellenthal, 20, told The Associated Press, adding he had to act quickly in bustling midday traffic. \u201cI was just kind of thinking, &#8216;I\u2019m wearing this suit; it\u2019s gonna be pretty funny.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">After rolling the man safely across the road, a local route, Hellenthal bolted back into his Jeep blocking traffic \u201cbecause the light turned green pretty fast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">After the Jonesboro Police Department shared the video on Facebook, it became a sensation, quickly accumulating tens of thousands of \u2018likes\u2019 on the social media platform. One person commented about a missed opportunity to strike a \u201cspidey pose.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">\u201cNot in my 7 years in the department have I witnessed this,\u201d said Sally Smith, a department spokesperson, referring to the video.
