She recently revealed that she moved back home to Mississippi after relocating from Los Angeles to Atlanta for a \u201cbozo,\u201d only to end up single and rebuilding her life from scratch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/pop-culture\/a\/treyalston\/brittany-renner-mississippi-financially-rebuild-bozo?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><em>Complex<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em>Renner opened up about the major life change during a livestream on Kick. She explained exactly how she ended up back in her home state.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI was in LA and was dating a bozo, moved to Atlanta with him, and then left the bozo because he was a bozo, and moved back to Mississippi,\u201d she said. \u201cSo that\u2019s kind of where I\u2019ve been.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While Renner did not name her former partner during the stream, <em>Complex<\/em> noted that she was most recently linked to filmmaker Rashad Scroggins after relocating to Atlanta earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although she kept certain details private, Renner shared that ending the relationship was not an easy decision.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPeople don\u2019t wake up and stop loving people,\u201d she explained. \u201cIf I\u2019m so head over heels in love with people and I care about them, I have a baby for them, or they beat in every chamber of my heart and all of a sudden\u2026 What\u2019d you think happened?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She continued by emphasizing that loyalty has always been one of her defining traits.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMy devotion runs so deep that once you show me what it is, I\u2019m gonna show you what it ain\u2019t and what it will never be again.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now back in Mississippi, Renner admits the transition has come with financial challenges.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMy goal is to move back to LA, of course,\u201d she shared. \u201cIt\u2019s been so hard rebuilding my life financially. It\u2019s like I have double the responsibility, not really having the help.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the setback, Renner appears focused on moving forward. In a recent <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DbHS2S1pyaB\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">Instagram post<\/a>, she reflected on embracing a new chapter. She appears to be committed to rebuilding both personally and financially.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The revelation adds another chapter to what has been a very public few years for Renner. Before dating Scroggins, she <a href=\"https:\/\/bossip.com\/3092236\/really-really-brittany-renner-reveals-she-secretly-married-kevin-gates-divorced-him-52-days-later\/\" id=\"3092236\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">briefly married rapper Kevin Gates in 2025<\/a>. She also shares a son with <a href=\"https:\/\/bossip.com\/2033137\/yiiikes-twitter-brutully-dragged-brittany-renner-after-apparent-breakup-with-baller-baby-daddy-pj-washington\/\" id=\"2033137\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dallas Mavericks player P.J. Washington<\/a>. The pair have publicly disagreed over co-parenting and child support.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"h-\">While the internet may joke about her calling an ex a \u201cbozo,\u201d many viewers related to the reality behind her story. Moving cities for love only to find yourself picking up the pieces is an experience plenty of people know all too well.
