During a recent appearance on <em>Good Morning America<\/em>, Holland revealed he has begun dance rehearsals and plans to dive back into training once his current press tour wraps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cI now feel like I\u2019m starting this chapter where I can\u2019t quite get away with being a teenager anymore and for me, what I love about my job is the challenges,\u201d he said. \u201cWe have Fred Astaire next, [which] is what we\u2019re planning on doing. And as soon as I finish with these tours, I\u2019m diving back into the dance studio.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tHe continued, \u201cI did my first few rehearsals recently. And it both filled me with excitement and absolute dread because I\u2019ve got so much work to do to try and do Fred proud.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tExplaining how he hopes to honor Astaire\u2019s legacy, Holland said, \u201cI have a desire to use no doubles. To do all of the dancing. To shoot those dances in one shot. How he would have done it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tHolland has a dance background, having starred in <em>Billy Elliot the Musical<\/em> in London\u2019s West End from 2008 to 2010.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tDuring a separate appearance on <em>Live With Kelly and Mark<\/em>, Holland reflected on stepping away from dance after <em>Billy Elliot<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cOne of my biggest regrets in my career is after I finished <em>Billy Elliot<\/em>, I quit dancing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cTo have an opportunity to get to re-explore that world that I loved so much, that I owe so much to,\u201d he explained. \u201cI\u2019m so excited for the challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t<em>The Odyssey<\/em>, in which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/lists\/the-odyssey-cast-characters-christopher-nolan\/tom-holland-as-telemachus\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/lists\/the-odyssey-cast-characters-christopher-nolan\/tom-holland-as-telemachus\/\">Holland plays Telemachus<\/a>, the son of Odysseus and Penelope, is now in theaters.
