five-year contract when he was <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/02\/sports\/myles-garrett-waived-no-trade-clause-to-join-los-angeles-rams\/\">traded to the Rams<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In return for <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/01\/sports\/rams-all-in-on-super-bowl-after-myles-garrett-trade\/\">trading Garrett<\/a>, the Browns received linebacker\u00a0Jared Verse\u00a0from the Rams, as well as a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick, and a 2029 third-round pick.<\/p>\n<p>According to Sportrac, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/04\/sports\/rams-myles-garrett-gets-6m-raise-in-restructured-contract\/\">Garrett\u2019s updated deal<\/a> is worth a total of $208.2 million, and includes a that he appears to have splashed out a bit more on his new dwelling than he did on his last, with In Touch claiming that he has snapped up an extraordinary $23 million mansion in Hidden Hills\u2014where Rams quarterback\u00a0Matthew Stafford\u00a0also resides, along with several members of the\u00a0Kardashian\u00a0family.<\/p>\n<p>Records show that the home highlighted by the outlet changed hands for that extraordinary sum on July 13, just over a month after Garrett\u2019s trade was confirmed\u2014and just over a week before he listed his Ohio residence.<\/p>\n<p>The newly-built residence, which appears to have only just been completed, was not listed on the MLS prior to its purchase, suggesting that it traded hands in an off-market deal.<\/p>\n<p>Garrett\u2019s move to Los Angeles, which was described by The Athletic as \u201cseismic,\u201d will not only see him joining his second NFL team, it will also bring him closer to his girlfriend, professional snowboarder\u00a0Chloe Kim, 26, who grew up in\u00a0California\u00a0and has been based in LA for several years.<\/p>\n<p>The couple recently made an appearance together at the ESPY Awards, where Kim presented her partner with the award for Best Record-Breaking Performance in honor of Garrett achieving the most sacks in a single season during his final year with the Browns.<\/p>\n<figure
