Others on the line-up included <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/wavves\">Wavves<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/don-broco\">Don Broco<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/nothing-but-thieves\">Nothing But Thieves<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Before then, the Bingley alt-rockers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/marmozets-interview-new-album-cowardice-new-york-parenthood-tour-3926093\">spoke to <em>NME<\/em> about their \u2018CO.WAR.DICE\u2019 album at the start of the year<\/a>, and explained why they were ready to make their comeback after eight years away.<\/p>\n<p>In the interview, the singer said that while it was \u201cat first\u201d difficult for the band to rekindle their dynamic after all that time, she felt that they had reached a point where they were feeling \u201cstronger than ever\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Marmozets on album number two and the joys of working with siblings\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zWbic_X1h5A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019d all been living our own lives. We went to record last December and there were some real moments. You forget how one another are, but we always come together and put family first to sort stuff out,\u201d she told <em>NME<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has fixed a lot and our bond is stronger than ever. The beautiful thing about Marmozets is that I\u2019m the oldest of seven, and with the huge family we have of the Bottomleys and the Macintyres, we wouldn\u2019t be as close if it weren\u2019t for the band.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The singer continued: \u201cWe used to think the band dragged us apart and that we weren\u2019t communicating, but it\u2019s actually the opposite. We\u2019ve found a lot of freedom and love for one another through this process.
