(113 g) pouches due to an \u201cinternal packaging defect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pumpkintreesnacks.com\/product-information\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a>, the Oregon-based purveyor shared that \u201cthe defect has the potential to result in a thin, soft strand of the inner pouch material becoming detached, and leaving the pouch when pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_8-0\">The recalled pouches were sold nationwide between 03\/06\/2026 and 07\/13\/2026 at Kroger, Meijer, and Target stores.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_20-0\">Recalled packages have a barcode of 8 15367 01078 0 and a lane number of 4 printed on the rear right-hand side seam.<\/p>\n<p>The affected pouches will show a best-before date of 01\/19\/2027, 01\/20\/2027, 03\/17\/2027, 03\/18\/2027, 05\/14\/2027 or 05\/15\/2027.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>No other Pumpkin Tree branded products are affected.<\/p>\n<p>The company underscored that they are working to remove affected pouches from the marketplace and sharing information with consumers so they can identify compromised pouches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsumers or caregivers who have recalled product in their possession should dispose of it or return the product to the place of purchase,\u201d the company said. \u201cIt should not be eaten or fed to another person.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter production run of defective pouches.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_11-0\">\u201cOur packaging supplier has conducted a thorough internal investigation and determined that the problem only affected one production run, on one line, and that the fault was an intermittent fault in pouches made on one of 4 lanes,\u201d PT Organics shared on its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pumpkintreesnacks.com\/product-information-faqs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>PT also praised their supplier\u2019s
