Sherrod Brown, bringing its total reservation to $60 million.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iowa:<\/strong> $17 million more for state Sen. Josh Turek, increasing the total to $30.5 million.<\/li>\n<li><strong>North Carolina:<\/strong> $11 million more for former Gov. Roy Cooper, increasing the reservation to $42.5 million.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alaska:<\/strong> $2 million more behind former Rep. Mary Peltola, bringing the cycle total to $11 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What they&#8217;re saying:<\/strong> &#8220;Injecting new resources into the four most competitive Senate races shows just how clearly the battleground map has shifted toward Democrats,&#8221; Senate Majority PAC spokesperson Lauren French said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zoom out:<\/strong> Senate Leadership Fund, the super PAC aligned with Republicans and Majority Leader John Thune, remains significantly better capitalized.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As of the end of June, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2026\/07\/13\/senate-republicans-super-pac-fundraising-totals-slf\" target=\"_blank\">Senate Leadership Fund reported $238 million in cash on hand<\/a>, compared with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2026\/07\/10\/us\/politics\/senate-majority-pac-democrat-fundraising.html\" target=\"_blank\">$126 million for Senate Majority PAC<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s next:<\/strong> Wednesday&#8217;s announcement won&#8217;t be SMP&#8217;s last.
