Gosling has definitely noticed, though, and it appears to have been bugging him. So to commemorate the anniversary of Damien Chazelle\u2019s Oscar-winning musical, Lionsgate has released a new version of the poster which features an improved version of Gosling\u2019s hand, mid-dance-pose.<\/p>\n<p>The official press release notes that \u201cover the years, Ryan Gosling has noted on more than one occasion that he would love to fix his \u2018La La hand\u2019 from the original poster, most recently with a new dance partner. Well, Ryan, you have been heard!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Who is the new dance partner they\u2019re referring to? Why that would be Rocky, <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/video\/project-hail-mary-ryan-gosling-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gosling\u2019s co-star<\/a> in this year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/03\/project-hail-mary-review-ryan-gosling\/\" target=\"_blank\"><i>Project Hail Mary<\/i><\/a>. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DV85aYgEbtR\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">an Instagram post<\/a> recently shared on the account of Eva Mendes (Gosling\u2019s partner), Gosling and Rocky\u2019s team of puppeteers actually recreated the pose. He might not have as many Oscars as Emma Stone, but Rocky\u2019s still got some moves.<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p><i>La La Land<\/i> will be re-released in theaters on August 14th, and a concert series celebrating the film\u2019s music <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/06\/la-la-land-10-anniversary-concerts\/\" target=\"_blank\">is touring now<\/a>.
