It\u2019s just the <span id=\"92ac6029-ca12-4d1b-8d71-d80a6d0bcb9c\" class=\"suggested-link\">science<\/span> for me \u2013 calories in, calories out.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/health\/11161882\/fat-jabs-myths-warnings-benefits-weight-loss\/\">Ozempic\u00a0<\/a>works because you eat less food.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s it. It makes you feel full, so if you can just do that on your own and get mind over matter, it\u2019s the same s**t.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lizzo explained how she ditched her\u00a0vegetarian\u00a0diet, realising it was causing her to eat in excess of 3,000 calories, after visiting\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/where\/japan\/\">Japan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, Lizzo noted that she had \u2018quit drinking\u00a0for the longest\u2019 but reincorporated it into her lifestyle because she\u2019d \u2018earned it\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Last November, she wrote in an\u00a0essay on Substack: \u201cSo here we are halfway through the decade, where extended sizes are being magically erased from websites.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlus sized\u00a0models\u00a0are no longer getting booked for modeling gigs. And all of our big girls are not-so big anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said: \u201cWe\u2019re in an era where the bigger girls are getting smaller because they\u2019re tired of being judged.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd now those bigger girls are being judged for getting smaller by the very community they used to empower.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s nothing wrong with living in a bigger body.
