Wednesday has a hard time connecting with her classmates, but her experience at Nevermore takes a turn when she finds out she inherited <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/wednesday-show-addams-family-members-powers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Morticia\u2019s psychic abilities<\/a> and there\u2019s a murder in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Season 2 of <em>Wednesday<\/em> arrived in two parts in 2025, and it reunited viewers with the Addams\u2019 daughter as she faced a new enemy while also doing her best to prevent her roommate\u2019s death. <em>Wednesday<\/em> has succeeded thanks to its approach to the iconic Addams Family, with that gothic charm that has characterized the family mixed with teen drama, mystery, and fantasy elements that aren\u2019t usually associated with these characters. <em>Wednesday<\/em>, then, isn\u2019t a faithful adaptation of the Addams Family, but it works quite well.<\/p>\n<p><em>Wednesday<\/em> adds many supernatural elements to the character, most notably Wednesday\u2019s powers, which don\u2019t come from the comics nor any of their previous adaptations. Wednesday has other aspirations and hobbies that aren\u2019t centered on torturing her brother, Pugsley, and speaking of her family, Wednesday is more independent in her Netflix show, with her parents being pushed aside. It\u2019s to be seen what Ophelia\u2019s role will be in season 3, as she was believed to be missing for many years, and season 2 ended with a cliffhanger as her journal read \u201c<em>Wednesday must die<\/em>.\u201d Thanks to this, <em>Wednesday<\/em> season 3 is expected to go deeper into the family\u2019s lore.<\/p>\n<p><em>Wednesday<\/em> has been increasingly great in just two seasons, so expectations are high for season 3, but there\u2019s no reason to believe it won\u2019t live up to them and even surpass them. <strong><em>Wednesday<\/em><\/strong> might not appeal to fans of <em>The
