Yes, I am talking about myself, and that is because Christopher Nolan&#8217;s <em>The Odyssey <\/em>is now finally in cinemas. Additionally, if you instead have an Ubisoft+ Classics account, it will also be free.<\/p>\n<p>First released back in 2018 as the eleventh major installment in the Assassin&#8217;s Creed franchise, <em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Odyssey <\/em>took players to Ancient Greece to tell the history of the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta, which took place from 431 to 422 BCE. <\/p>\n<p>Giving the player the choice between two protagonists: Kassandra or Alexios, they would embark on a journey across a land full to the brim with war and mythology as they take on the role of a Spartan mercenary who goes head-to-head with the Cult of Kosmos.<\/p>\n<p>Receiving praise for gameplay, graphics, characters, and world design, <em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Odyssey <\/em>did also receive criticism for its over-ambition, pacing, and in typical Ubisoft style, micro-transactions. However, it is still remembered fondly, so, if you missed out on its original release, and you just so happen to have a PS Plus subscription, now is the time to make use of it.<\/p>\n<p>Here at Screen Rant, we awarded <em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Odyssey <\/em>an eight out of ten stars in our <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/assassins-creed-odyssey-review\/\" target=\"_blank\">review<\/a>, saying:<\/p>\n<section class=\"emaki-custom-block emaki-custom-pullquote\" data-nosnippet=\"\">\n<div class=\"emaki-custom pullquote\" id=\"custom_block_8\">\n<div class=\"custom_block-content pullquote\">\n<p>There may still be some questions about exactly how well this larger map and open ideology works with what <em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed<\/em> is meant to be, but overall <em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Odyssey<\/em> is an excellent next part of the series. With some of the best combat in the franchise to date and a fantastic world to be lost in, <em>Odyssey<\/em> is a full and vibrant experience for any action RPG fan to enjoy. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p>So, if you have finished with the recently released <em><a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/assassins-creed-black-flag-resynced-review\/\" target=\"_blank\">Assassin&#8217;s Creed IV: Black Flag Resynced<\/a>, <\/em>and want something to keep you busy until the launch of the next Assassin&#8217;s Creed entry, which we believe to be <em><a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/assassins-creed-hexe-first-look\/\" target=\"_blank\">Assassin&#8217;s Creed Hexe<\/a>, <\/em>then <em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Odyssey <\/em>will be the perfect
