The Muppets also made an appearance.<\/p>\n<p>When asked what he thought of the performances, Rooney answered in his best Manchester accent, &#8220;I like a lot of them acts, but I thought it was crap.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I tell you what else you get at the BBC \u2014 honest reviews!&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/articles\/long-half-time-world-cup-203052907.html\">reported<\/a> <em>The Independent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the laws of the game, governed by IFAB (the International Football Association Board), it states half-time breaks should &#8216;not exceed 15 minutes&#8217;,&#8221;
