The <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/3am\/celebrity-news\/niall-horan-left-stranded-side-37201709\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_self\">32 year old star <\/a>was due to perform with singer and song writer Thomas Rhett at the Hersheypark Stadium.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">However, after careful consideration throughout the day, they decided to pull the plug on their gig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A statement was released by Niall and Thomas which read: &#8220;Hey everyone, it\u2019s TR [Thomas Rett] and I here from Hersheypark Stadium.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;We\u2019ve been sat with our teams and the promoters and meteorologist all morning since 9am and if feels like there\u2019s a lot of severe weather in the area and some bad weather conditions and thunderstorms threatening the show.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">They added: &#8220;So, we\u2019ve been kind of forced into a corner and we will have to reschedule a show to tomorrow night. During his final show, Harry reportedly looked visibly emotional as he reflected on his career journey, from being part of a globally renowned pop group to achieving solo success.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">And he took time out to thank everyone who helped him reach particular milestones in his life, namely Liam and the rest of the One Direction group. He thanked all four members of the group before singing Carla&#8217;s song. In his tribute he said: &#8220;I wanna thank Niall, Zayn, Louis and my dear friend Liam.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Nights like these couldn\u2019t happen without every friendship, I wouldn\u2019t be up here without my friends and family, some of who are here tonight.&#8221; Harry then put up a throwback picture of the boys on the big screen from the beginning of their career.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Liam was only 31 when he tragically lost his life after falling from the third floor balcony of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">One Direction became a boyband while on the <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/x-factor\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">X Factor<\/a> in 2010 following individual auditions.
