He was incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution \u2013 Phoenix in Pennsylvania from September 2018 until June 2021, when the state&#8217;s highest court <a href=\"https:\/\/okmagazine.com\/p\/bill-cosby-breaks-silence-tweet-conviction-overturned\/\">overturned his conviction on sexual assault charges.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In March, Cosby was <a href=\"https:\/\/abc7.com\/post\/donna-motsinger-claimed-bill-cosby-drugged-raped-1972-awarded-nearly-60-million-civil-trial-southern-california\/18756643\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">found liable<\/a> for drugging and sexually assaulting former waitress <strong>Donna Motsinger<\/strong> in 1972.
